The renewable energy sources will play a more important role in energy supply in the near future. The effect of the renewable sources to the security of the power system is largely dependent on the design of dynamic reactive sources. The researchers will present an idea of newly developed methodology for system planning with renewable energy sources. The research also will present an intelligent monitoring system to prevent voltage collapse for system operators of renewable energy sources.
